The challenge
Emergency tree work is chaotic: crews dispatched by phone, no record of when work started or finished, and no documentation for billing or insurance.
What we built
We built a dispatch and field-tracking app that pairs an admin console with a crew mobile app. Admins assign jobs that push instantly to crews with details, time, and location; crews track on-site time and submit completion photos before leaving — giving the office real-time visibility and airtight documentation.
